Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Batya Ästhetik, we value both your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have the following policy in place: • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, 20% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to compensate for the reserved time.
